=Pre-procedure=
* Radial Artery Barbeau Test!!!
** Put a pulse ox on the thumb, then compress the radial artery.
** If the pulse ox waveform disappears and doesn’t return within two minutes, don’t do radial artery canalization.
=Premedication=
* Cocktail for radial artery:
** 2.5 mg verapamil, 100 ug nitro, 5000 u heparin. Mix in a 20 cc syringe.
=Post-procedure=
* Radial access closure with manual compression or TR Band
